Designed a set of department resource sheets to solve a recurring member pain point: association members unsure which department to contact for a given need. Built a color coded system within AGC’s existing brand palette so members could identify the right department at a glance, paired with clear breakdowns of job functions and how each department could help. Rolled out as a standing resource made available to the full membership.
